FAQ
What platforms do you manage?+
Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) as the core. LinkedIn Ads and programmatic display are available as scoped add-ons when the ICP is B2B or enterprise.
What's the minimum ad spend?+
We recommend ₹1,00,000 per month in media spend (separate from our management fee) to generate enough signal for algorithm learning. Below ₹50,000/month, we'd suggest waiting until you can commit to more — you'll waste budget on the learning phase otherwise.
Do you produce creative in-house?+
Yes. Static ads, short-form video (9:16 and 1:1), and landing page variants are produced in-house by our creative team. We ship 8–12 new creative concepts per month on a standard retainer, scaling up for e-commerce or higher-spend accounts.
How do you report results?+
A weekly written summary covering spend, ROAS, CAC, and what we changed, plus a live dashboard you can check anytime. Once a month we do a 45-minute review call to walk through what worked, what didn't, and the plan for the next 30 days.
Will I see the ad account?+
Yes — always. Ads run inside your own Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts. You're the owner, we're a user. If we ever part ways, everything (campaigns, creative, audiences, data) stays with you.
Can you run LinkedIn ads?+
Yes, as an add-on. LinkedIn is expensive per click but precise for B2B targeting. We'd run it alongside Google Search for pipeline generation, not as a primary channel for consumer brands.
What's your fee structure?+
Flat monthly retainer based on spend tier and scope — no percentage-of-spend pricing (it creates a bad incentive to burn budget). Starts at ₹60,000/month for spend up to ₹3L, scaling with channels and creative volume.
How long to see results?+
First leads or sales usually arrive within 2–3 weeks. Meaningful ROAS signal needs 30–45 days of spend and 50+ conversions to train the algorithm. We commit to 90 days minimum because anything shorter is a vanity test, not a real read.
Do I need tracking set up already?+
No — we set it up as part of onboarding. Server-side events via Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions, proper UTM hygiene, and attribution sanity checks. If your tracking is already broken, we'll fix it before we spend a rupee.
Do you lock us in?+
Month-to-month after an initial three-month period. The three months aren't a lock-in fee — they're how long it takes to actually prove whether the channel works for you.
