gloood is a website redesign and CRO agency that rebuilds underperforming sites using analytics, heatmaps, and user research — not opinions — while preserving your existing SEO.
Redesigns fail when they're opinion-driven. Ours start with the data: what's converting, what's not, and why. Then we redesign around what the numbers say.

FAQ
How is this different from a new build?+
A Revamp starts with the site you already have — existing traffic, rankings, and conversion data become the design brief. A new build starts from zero assumptions. If you already rank well and have analytics history worth protecting, Revamp preserves that equity. If you're starting from scratch or your site is less than a year old, Launch is cheaper.
Will my SEO survive?+
Yes — that's the whole point of doing it this way. We crawl every existing URL, build a 1:1 redirect map, preserve heading structure and internal link architecture where it's already working, and submit a fresh sitemap to Google on launch day. Rankings typically return to baseline within 2–4 weeks, and often improve because the new site is faster.
Can you keep my CMS?+
Usually yes. If you're on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or a headless CMS and it's serving you well, we'll work within it. If it's actively limiting you — slow, bloated, can't be edited without a developer — we'll migrate you to Next.js with Sanity or MDX, and we'll tell you honestly before we start.
How long does a revamp take?+
4–6 weeks. Week 1 is the audit. Weeks 2–3 are redesign and redirect-map approval. Weeks 3–5 are build. Week 6 is QA, redirect testing, and launch. A pure CRO revamp (no stack migration) can compress to 3–4 weeks.
What's included in the audit?+
Google Analytics review (last 90 days of traffic, conversion funnels, top exit pages), Hotjar or PostHog session recordings for the top 5 pages, Core Web Vitals analysis, Search Console review for keyword equity and broken links, and a technical crawl for redirect chains and orphaned pages. You get a written findings document whether or not you proceed with the rebuild.
Do I need to freeze content?+
Light freeze during the final week before launch (no new URLs, no heading changes), but during design and build you can keep publishing normally. We sync the content tree the day before cutover.
Can you work with my existing hosting?+
Yes if the stack supports it. Most Revamps end up on Vercel because of the speed and ISR caching, but we'll stay on AWS, Netlify, Hostinger, or self-hosted if that's a hard requirement — we'll just flag any performance trade-offs up front.
Will Google re-crawl quickly?+
We submit the new sitemap to Google Search Console on launch day and use the URL Inspection API to nudge the top 50 pages. Most of the site is re-indexed within 72 hours. Rankings settle within 2–4 weeks in our experience.
What does the before/after report cover?+
Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), Lighthouse score, mobile conversion rate, bounce rate on top 10 pages, and keyword ranking deltas for your top 20 queries — measured at 30 and 60 days post-launch. You get the raw numbers, not a curated selection.
Can I A/B test against the old site?+
Yes — we can run the new design as a 50/50 split on key pages for 2–4 weeks before full cutover for clients who want statistical proof. This adds about a week to the timeline and needs enough traffic to hit significance (usually 20k+ monthly visitors).
